Ride When You Can

Good Wednesday evening to you -- this week is a beautiful weather week for riding once again. Still a bit windy, but mild temps and low humidity. The long days that come with daylight savings time help as well. Schedule wise this is a difficult week to ride, but one of the things I am learning through this experience is the importance of simply getting a short ride in when I can. Even a half an hour riding around the neighborhoods close to home is better than sitting in front of the TV or computer. Every ride counts -- whether it is raising money for United Way or simply staying healthy and fit.

Tonight was simply another 10 - 11 mile ride around town -- delightful!

Keep spinning -- Brooks
